We do not accept medication requests over the telephone.
Please leave two working days before coming to collect your prescription from the surgery.
You can order repeat medication using your mobile phone or tablet. To do this you need to visit the surgery so we can print you a log in code and password. Please bring proof of identification with you.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
