To keep you safe and well we are dealing with patient's medical problems over the telephone. There will be no facility to book direct into a face to face appointment. We MUST limit footfall to the surgery.
Please help us manage the volume of calls by providing the Reception team with full details of symptoms.
You will receive a call from a clinician who will manage all they can over the phone. Only if absolutely necessary will we offer you a face to face appointment. PLEASE do not come to the surgery unless asked to do so by a member of the Hartwood Healthcare team.

As a result you may be offered an early morning or evening appointment. If this is something you would prefer please ask about availability when booking an appointment.
